Job Summary
Seasonal Sales Associate at Kipling. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering energetic, authentic customer service and contributing to sales, visual merchandising, and store operations. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, achieving individual and team sales goals, assisting with replenishment and maintaining brand presentation, performing cashier duties, supporting loss prevention, and upholding store policies and safety standards. The role supports peak-season staffing with potential transition to regular employment; a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0–1 year of relevant experience
- Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods; physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight
