Responsibilities include supervising staff in the Store Manager's absence when needed, guiding labor and payroll considerations under the Store Manager, and promoting an inclusive, customer-centric environment while ensuring policy compliance and operational excellence. The role requires coaching, communication, and the ability to drive productivity and store profitability through leadership on the sales floor.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related professional/retail management experience

- standing required for entire work shift
- bend, lift, move product up to 50 pounds (as needed)
