Job Summary
Operate the kiosk balancing room and currency dispensing machines on the casino floor, maintaining daily operations and protecting assigned bank funds. Account for, document, and verify the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing currency, coin, TITO tickets, and monetary units while maintaining cage equipment. Monitor, maintain, and balance Ticket Redemption Units, Cash Recyclers, and ATMs on the gaming floor, running necessary reports to balance funds and input data into spreadsheets and casino software. Keep cassettes and banks stocked throughout the shift and next shift, completing all necessary paperwork and maintaining strict confidentiality. This graveyard shift from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. is required weekends and holidays at ilani, the Pacific Northwest's premier gaming destination.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment
- Experience in at least one of the following: cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault balancing, account reconciliation, ATM Processing, cashier/teller experience
- Ability to analyze monetary variances and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Basic computer input skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and push up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to understand and consistently deliver brand standard guest service
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and often crowded/noisy environment
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Must be willing to work in a smoking environment
- Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures
