Job Summary

Conduct home visits and monthly child assessments to evaluate safety, permanency, and well-being for kinship families. Coordinate appropriate services by completing referrals, developing service plans, and facilitating weekly or bi-weekly support groups. Maintain case files, document work within 48 hours, and complete monthly reporting and legal staffing packets. Serve as a liaison between the agency, community partners, and relative caregivers to identify resources and ensure desired outcomes. Cover all five counties in Circuit 5, requiring travel and potential night/weekend availability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
  • 3 years related experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Must successfully clear Level II Background Screen
  • Eligibility requirements to transport clients
  • 100,000/300,000 Liability Insurance
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions
