Kinnect Summer Intern

Kinnect Summer Intern supports daily store operations in our Soho retail location under leadership from the store leadership team and the HQ office. Responsibilities include following SOPs to ensure product availability, completing tasks efficiently, delivering friendly customer service, assisting the sales-floor team with product delivery and replenishment, maintaining store policies and visual standards, aiding in HQ office tasks and administrative projects, and contributing to special projects and professional development activities. The role emphasizes in-store operations, customer-facing service, cross-functional support, and hands-on experience across retail and HQ initiatives. Must be able to stand/walk for prolonged periods, lift up to 15 pounds, and manage multiple tasks with strong communication and teamwork.
