Job Summary
Entry-Level Budtender at JARS Cannabis Kingman location: provide friendly cannabis product recommendations and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers; develop sales and customer service skills with on-the-job training; ensure cleanliness and organization within the dispensary; complete tasks promptly and efficiently as directed by management. Must have open availability for morning and evening shifts, be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, and be at least 21 years old with the ability to pass standard background checks. Requires high school diploma or GED, comfort with computers, basic math, and lifting up to 50 lbs; willingness to learn cannabis trends and products; strong interpersonal, team-oriented, and customer-service skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Open availability to work multiple shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and holidays
- Minimum of 30 hours per week
- Ability to stand for 8 hours daily, bend, kneel, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable using a computer; smartphone required
- Willingness to learn about cannabis products and trends
- Positive, outgoing attitude; strong interpersonal skills; team player
- Background checks pass including fingerprint check
