Job Summary
Kingdom Kids Specialist responsible for providing administrative and curriculum support to the Kingdom Kids team. Duties include supporting the Kids Pastor in communication, encouragement, and administration of Sunday volunteers; recruiting, leading, and training Sunday hosts and classroom volunteers; preparing supplies for Kingdom Kids and TT classes; coordinating weekend prep teams and events; organizing supplies and onboarding leaders; scheduling, paperwork, and event administration; regular meetings with the Kids Pastor; assisting with weekend services and check-in/out times; being present in the Kingdom Kids area during services to provide great customer service to families and children; attending staff meetings and contributing to leadership values; complying with church-wide policies; completing time-sensitive projects and using CCB data management software; helping cultivate effective communication and supporting special events such as Christmas Eve bags, Kids Conference, Winter Event for families/kids, and Bunny Hop; willingness to flex schedules as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of CCB data management software
- Ability to recruit, lead, and train volunteers
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
