Job Summary
Operate the King Air 200GT and Cessna T210 safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the FARs and company policy; oversee day-to-day flight department management, including aircraft readiness, maintenance coordination, scheduling, and tracking; coordinate travel plans and scheduling with company leadership; arrange ground transportation, fuel stops, and FBO/airport services; monitor weather and operational conditions to support safe go/no-go decisions; conduct pre-flight inspections and routine checks; identify and flag mechanical issues; maintain relationships with maintenance facilities, FBOs, and regulatory contacts; handle regulatory compliance and flight department administration.
Required Qualifications
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine, Instrument rating, and high-altitude endorsement — ATP highly preferred
- Minimum hours: 3,000 TT · 1,500 Multi-Engine · 1,000 Turboprop · 250 in King Air 200s
- Proven single-pilot PIC experience in cross-country operations
- Complete knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — able to manage documentation, maintenance coordination, and logistics
- Clear, professional communication with leadership and aviation service providers
