Job Summary
Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery, considering upstream and downstream implications for the overall product experience. Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap, while analyzing and tracking metrics including work-to-time, cost, and quality targets across the development life cycle. Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and maintain documentation across capability domains. This role contributes to shaping the future of innovative financial products within a global payments organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Experience or exposure to payment channels, connectivity and reporting concepts in an institutional or corporate payments context
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cross-border payments, liquidity management, or corridor-based payment models
- Familiarity with blockchain-based or digital asset enabled payment infrastructure
- Payments technology experience, including working closely with engineering teams on platform-based product development
