Job Summary
Kinexys Digital Assets Program Manager-Vice President leads strategic and operational alignment for Web3 initiatives, partnering with the Head of Web3 SPR and cross-functional teams across Kinexys and the broader JP Morgan Payments Business Unit. Responsible for stakeholder communications, multi-vendor lifecycle management, high-quality reporting to executives, and tracking milestones aligned to OKRs. Drives day-to-day execution of long-term organizational goals, translating complex technical concepts for business impact, and maintaining active program visibility in operational review meetings. Requires deep experience in product/project/program management with technical teams, strong cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with tools like Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Office, Lucid, and Figma.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in product/project/program management, working with engineering or highly technical teams
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple stakeholders, including third-party relationships
- Strong intellectual curiosity and understanding of Web3, banking, finance, and payments ecosystems
- Demonstrated technical comfortability and strategic insight, with the ability to link technical systems to business objectives
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical partners to drive alignment and decision-making
- Willingness to learn, create and operationalize processes unique to the initiatives at Kinexys
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to break down a problem down into smaller, logical, and actionable parts
- A self-starter and innovative problem solver, especially with difficult problems never faced before
- High proficiency in Confluence, Jira, Microsoft-suite, Lucid, Figma
- Strong technical understanding of blockchain and financial technology
- Strong technology, banking, finance, or payments background
