Job Summary
Kinexys Digital Assets seeks a Senior Product Manager/VP to lead end-to-end product lifecycle, acting as the voice of the customer to develop profitable products, guide launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in the blockchain space. Responsibilities include developing product strategy and vision, managing discovery to integrate customer solutions into the roadmap, owning and refining the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap, building and tracking key success metrics (cost, features, functionality, risk posture, reliability), transforming market practices to improve client experiences, converting ideas into compelling presentations, and presenting to senior management and clients while working with vendors and startups in the blockchain community. The role requires deep understanding of distributed ledger technology and cryptocurrency fundamentals, and a strong emphasis on scalability, resiliency, and client value within Web3, banking, finance, and payments ecosystems.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Strong working knowledge of Web3, banking, finance, and payments ecosystems
