Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Kindness Team, scheduling, leading and demonstrating Kindness Team training, and ensuring alignment with Timeless’ brand standards. Lead budtender education, communicate field information to the Field Marketing Manager, and support sales execution, market growth, and partner relationships with dispensaries and retailers. Engage with patients and dispensary staff to provide knowledgeable product insights, maintain brand merchandising and in-store experience, manage field data and communications, organize training materials and incentives, and coordinate travel routes for events and campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in a related field (preferred)
- 1-2 years experience managing teams
- 2 years experience in a similar hospitality role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work 40-hour weeks with overtime
- Reliable transportation
- Valid state-issued ID
