Job Summary
Design the pedagogical offering in consultation with group colleagues and provide daily educational care for infants and toddlers aged 11 months to 3 years. Execute household and nursing tasks within the group while planning, conducting, and reflecting on projects and outings, including nature-based activities at the nearby Pegnitzgrund. Facilitate parent conversations, evenings, and information events; organize group and facility-wide celebrations. Develop impulses and projects based on the situational approach, individually support children's development and social competence, and document personal development reports in portfolios. Collaborate on the conceptual development of the nursery and implement gentle nursing tasks during daily care.
Required Qualifications
- einschlägige abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur Kinderpflegerin bzw. Sozialpädagogische Ergänzungskraft oder vergleichbare Berufsabschlüsse (z.B. Auslandsstudium mit amtlicher Anerkennung in Deutschland: Pädagogik, Sozialpädagogik, Grundschullehrerin, Heilerziehung, Kinderheitpädagogin)
- Vollzeit 39 Stundenwoche
