Job Summary
Kindergarten Teacher responsible for nurturing a Catholic, safe classroom environment and leading academic and social activities. Responsibilities include delivering instruction per weekly/monthly themes and Diocesan guidelines, tailoring instruction to meet individual student needs, tracking academic and behavioral data, utilizing technology to enhance learning, collaborating with parents as primary educators, participating in professional development, and supporting safety and emergency procedures. Lead teachers and assistants are expected to complete 30 hours of professional development annually and attend required school meetings and curriculum-planning sessions. Strong emphasis on faith integration, student well-being, collaboration with grade-level teams, and maintaining a vibrant, engaging classroom culture.
