Job Summary
Kindergarten Teacher responsible for nurturing spiritual, academic, social, and emotional development in a faith-filled classroom. Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons in early literacy, math, science, and social skills; integrate Catholic teachings, prayer, and values; lead daily prayer and participate in liturgies; foster a warm, safe classroom reflecting Christian love; manage behavior with positive discipline; collaborate with faculty and communicate with parents; contribute to staff meetings and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field
- Valid state teaching certification (preferred or required)
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a classroom setting
- Practicing Catholic preferred or willingness to support the mission of Catholic education
- Completion of diocesan background check and safe environment training
