Job Summary
Kindergarten Teacher needed to plan educational programs responsive to each student and provide academic and non-academic supports. Teaches scheduled classes, develops lesson plans aligned with district/state standards, submits plans on time, and promotes effective use of classroom resources. Maintains a positive learning environment, uses PBIS to support behavior, collaborates with teachers and parents, tracks student progress, differentiates instruction to meet diverse needs, and participates in meetings, assessments, and required paperwork. Responsibilities also include data-informed instruction, protecting student privacy, supporting IEP/504 processes as required, and ensuring student safety while meeting mandated deadlines and contributing to school events and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Teacher's License appropriate for the assignment.
- Documentation of a clear criminal record.
