Kindergarten Teacher

Kindergarten Teacher position at Horizon Science Academy Dayton Downtown. Responsibilities include designing and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum, establishing a high-expectation classroom culture, collaborating with faculty to refine instruction through data, sharing best practices, and maintaining regular parent communications. Must be highly organized with a strong work ethic, able to drive instruction using data, and committed to ongoing professional growth. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a valid Ohio teaching certificate/license (or in process) in the subject area to be taught. Compensation is competitive with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, participation in the Ohio STRS retirement system, and tuition reimbursement up to 3K per year.
