Job Summary
Lead a vibrant Preschool program within Towong Shire Council, align with the National Quality Framework and legislative requirements, design and evaluate engaging educational programs for preschool children, and foster strong family involvement through a supportive Parent Committee. Play a key role in developing and implementing the Quality Improvement Plan to improve outcomes for children of all abilities. Drive leadership and staff management, maintain compliance with policies and regulations, and participate in tailored training to stay at the forefront of early childhood education practices. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education with demonstrated preschool teaching experience
- VIT registration
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Experience with NQF, EYLF and VEYLDF
- Ability to apply policies, standards, and regulations into the teaching program
- Experience leading and developing a positive team culture
- Strong organisational and communication skills
