Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction using Performance Academies' curriculum while planning lessons that meet diverse learning needs through differentiation and data-informed strategies. Monitor student progress using formative and summative assessments to adjust instruction, foster critical thinking, and maintain high academic expectations. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment by implementing school-wide behavior expectations and building strong relationships to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and collaborate with colleagues, instructional coaches, and school leaders to improve outcomes. Participate in ongoing professional learning, maintain accurate student records, and uphold the school's mission, values, and policies within a structured K-8 setting.
