Plan and deliver instruction for Kindergarten students, aligning with Colorado Academic Standards; develop and implement lessons connecting literacy and mathematics across disciplines; assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly; create a safe, inclusive learning environment; collaborate with families and other staff; differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs; integrate technology to support authentic learning experiences; maintain accurate records and communicate student progress to families; demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills; participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's (Baccalaureate) degree
- Initial Colorado Teaching License or eligibility (Colorado Department of Education)
- Professional Colorado Teaching License (or evidence of eligibility)
- Demonstrated knowledge of literacy and mathematics content
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively Verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Will comply with fingerprinting/background checks
