Kindergarten Teacher

Plan a daily kindergarten program based on curriculum guides and deliver instruction that ensures readiness concepts for pre-school children. Develop and implement curriculum objectives through effective lesson planning, student assessments, and appropriate homework assignments. Manage classroom behavior to maximize instructional time while supervising students during recess, lunch, and all on-campus activities. Maintain positive communication with parents via conferences and grade reports, and promptly participate in IEP meetings and referral processes for special services. Complete required paperwork, administer diagnostic materials, and collaborate with faculty to support school improvement initiatives.
