Job Summary
Plan and implement age-appropriate Pre-K curriculum and daily lesson plans while fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Support early childhood development through play-based and structured learning activities, monitor developmental progress, and maintain a clean, organized, child-safe space. Collaborate with staff to support program goals and communicate regularly with parents regarding child growth and daily activities. This role requires experience with Pre-K groups, a degree in Early Childhood Education, CPR certification, and a warm demeanor. Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check as required by Minnesota state regulations
- Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
