Job Summary
Kindergarten Paraprofessional at Rocky Mountain Prep Denver campus supporting instruction, implementing IEP accommodations, collecting data, and working with individuals or small groups under teacher direction. Reinforces routines and social-emotional skills, supervises students for safety during transitions, lunch, recess, and arrival/dismissal, collaborates professionally with lead teachers, staff, and families, maintains professionalism and equity-minded practices, and delivers targeted support for students, including those with specialized learning needs, to accelerate growth and ensure access to rigorous, inclusive instruction. All instructional support team members contribute to a culture of dignity, safety, and joyful learning aligned with RMP values and goals.
