Kindergarten Instructional Assistant

Support the kindergarten teacher with daily classroom management, lesson preparation, and direct student engagement in a Title I funded environment. Assist with individualized learning plans, monitor student progress, and facilitate small-group activities to ensure inclusive instruction. This role requires full-time availability with a standard work schedule and includes on-call rotation for emergency coverage. Candidates must possess a background check clearance and demonstrate strong communication skills.
