Job Summary
Instructional Assistant in a Catholic school setting. Supports classroom teachers with daily lessons, works with individual students and small groups to reinforce concepts, helps prepare instructional materials, and maintains a safe, organized classroom. Plays a role in faith formation through participation in prayer, Mass, and faith-based activities; models Christian values; collaborates with teachers and staff; assists with classroom logistics, technology support, and school events. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with children. Preferred Associate’s degree or higher; high school diploma required.

- Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or youth-serving setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
