Job Summary
Support the certified teacher in the assigned classroom(s) with instructional, behavioral, and organizational tasks to increase direct student interaction and reduce the student-to-adult ratio. Maintain a professional demeanor while continuously improving skills for the assignment. Operate on a schedule of 4.50 hours daily across 184 days per year. A high school diploma is required, along with a willingness to be trained in working effectively with school-age children and a demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team atmosphere.
