Job Summary
Design and implement appropriate instruction for designated content areas in accordance with state standards and student needs. Create a positive educational climate, deliver rigorous lessons, and utilize diverse teaching practices to meet individual student requirements. Observe and evaluate student performance, monitor assessment data, and maintain grades and attendance records. Manage student behavior using effective strategies, communicate progress with parents, and take precautions for student health and safety. Maintain appropriate certifications and professional development hours as required.
