Kinder Activity Leader

Under the supervision of the Site Director, the Kinder Activity Leader will assist the program directors to implement and supervise activities for youth ages 4–6 years old. Responsibilities include guiding members to participate in recreational games, activities and organized sports to learn basic game/sports fundamentals, good sportsmanship and development of healthy lifestyles in a safe, fun and creative environment; facilitating craft activities, imaginary play, music and games; adhering to safety policies and procedures including CPR/First Aid recertification and infection-control protocols; creating an environment that facilitates youth development outcomes; promoting program participation; providing guidance and role modeling to members; demonstrating leadership to assure conduct, safety and development of club members; monitoring and evaluating programs to ensure safety and quality of services and appearance of the facility.
