Job Summary
Obtain inputs from key stakeholders, co-create future-state design, architecture, and governance with the Solution Architect, and oversee training and change initiatives. Manage backlogs, identify business requirements, and execute functional and process design including scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, and defining support procedures. Lead L4 support efforts while liaising with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks. This Senior RR Consultant role requires 4-8 years of hands-on experience on RR Configuration, including project experience with at least two SCM transformation projects involving Kinaxis RR and an Author Level 1/2 certification. Based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, the position is part of Thoucentric's diverse consulting team focused on end-to-end execution and management.
Required Qualifications
- Senior RR Consultant with Supply/ Factory planning functional knowledge
- 4 - 8 years hands-on experience on RR Configuration
- Project Experience of at least 2 SCM transformation projects involving Kinaxis RR
- Certification – Author Level 1/ 2
- Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation
- Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems
- Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally
- Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues
- Hybrid Mode with base location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, this is not a remote role
