Job Summary
Lead engaging small-group and individual performance sessions, coaching movement quality, technique, and load selection while delivering clear cues and corrections. Progress or regress movements based on each member's abilities and goals, reinforcing safe, science-based training principles to build relationships that inspire long-term commitment. Collaborate with physical therapists and fellow coaches to deliver an exceptional member experience, continuing to develop coaching knowledge through ongoing education and mentorship. Success is measured by meaningful feedback, movement quality prioritized over intensity, and members leaving stronger physically and mentally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
- CSCS, SCCC, USAW, ACSM, NASM-CPT, or comparable certification
- Experience coaching strength and conditioning, sports performance, adult fitness, or functional training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for education, movement, and professional growth
