Job Summary
Kiln Operator needed to monitor tile movement through the kiln firing process in a ceramic tile manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include monitoring tile entering/exiting the kiln, inspecting for defects, recording kiln temperature hourly, collecting tile samples for lab, reporting issues to supervisor, following ISO operating procedures and control plans, maintaining a clean and safe workstation, participating in safety and ergonomic trainings, and assisting with incident investigations. Must be able to stand and perform physical tasks, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively with the team. Strong record-keeping and basic English skills required.
