Job Summary
Kiln Operator (D Shift) to monitor tile movement through the kiln firing process, inspect tiles for defects, record kiln temperature hourly, collect tile samples for lab, and ensure efficient operation. The role requires maintaining a clean, safe workstation, following ISO procedures, reporting issues to the supervisor, supporting a collaborative team, and participating in incident investigations. Requires basic English, good communication and measurement skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
