Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Sound knowledge of practical Kiln operation techniques
• •Owner of certification, training & professional development of CRO's
• •Develop, Create & Manage SOP's for the production department
• •Effectively communicate operational expectations to CRO's on daily basis
• •Manage and optimize Pavilion expert control system
• •Provide technical leadership to the control room by interacting with process engineers
• •Ensure all operators use identical operating techniques
• •Ensure best practices are followed and create new ones as required
• •Manage training related activities
• •Safely conduct field inspection of PH / Kiln / Cooler weekly basis
• •Prepare operational reports as required
