Kill Plant Quality Assurance Supervisor- 3rd Shift

Oversee Food Safety and Quality (FSQA) personnel and programs, including planning and implementation of the quality management system on the assigned shift. Supervise the team in executing product specification testing, HACCP, and SSOP procedures while coordinating activities to ensure compliance with USDA regulations and customer quality programs. Monitor team member safety, report unsafe acts, and facilitate annual LOTO training. Communicate policies through in-class and hands-on training, interface with Operations and USDA personnel, and assist in problem-solving using root cause analysis for processing incidents. Manage hourly QA Technicians, including Kronos timekeeping, and recommend new quality policies. This role requires previous supervisory experience, familiarity with poultry processing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. Candidates must work varying shifts including weekends, with limited overnight travel of 1-4 days, and adapt to a rapidly changing wet and humid production environment.
