Job Summary
KILL FLOOR MANAGER role requiring strong leadership to supervise meat processing operations; responsibilities include training employees, planning and scheduling manpower, managing performance, promoting safety, investigating quality improvements and cost reductions, and ensuring equipment maintenance. Must have 3+ years supervisory experience; high school diploma/equivalent required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; willing to work assigned hours including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of previous supervisory experience
- Food industry experience a plus
- Previous leadership skills with 40 or more employees
- Effective communication both orally and written
- Capable of independent decision making
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Must be able to work assigned hours/days – including occasional weekends - as required
