Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and meet store objectives. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns with professionalism, and maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Demonstrate ownership by building genuine customer relationships, contributing to a positive store culture, and supporting store operations with tasks like pricing, promotional sets, and asset protection. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, while lifting and moving up to 40 lbs across all store areas.

- Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems

- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
