Lead the technical effort of the supported team by establishing project plans that ensure customer and manufacturing requirements are met based on turnaround time, product testing, and performance criteria. Review and assist in resolving issues related to these activities while providing direct responsibility for daily personnel activities. Develop, train, and motivate the team, manage formulations, perform QC testing, and interpret test results. Support product transfers and may supervise support level technicians on a day-to-day basis. Moderate interface with the manager.
