Job Summary
Greet children and parents upon arrival and departure, manage smooth check-in and check-out processes, and provide constant safety monitoring for kids aged 6 months to 10 years. Deliver essential care tasks including bottle feeding, diapering, and snack assistance while engaging children with stimulating activities and games. Maintain a clean environment and uphold club policies through effective communication with members and guests. This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs, with a preference for prior babysitting or nanny experience. Candidates must be willing to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, move, walk, and bend for the duration of a shift
- Ability to stretch, reach, pull, push and use repetitive arm, hand, and leg motion
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must have ability and willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Must have genuine interest in working with and interacting with child
Desired Qualifications
- Prior babysitting and/or nanny experience preferred
