Job Summary
Supervise and monitor the safety of children (ages 2 months - 10 years) while in the care of the Kids Zone, providing basic child care with constant emphasis on safety. Greet children and parents as they arrive and leave the Kids Zone, ensuring a smooth check-in and out process. Provide bottle feeding and diapering when needed, assist children with snacks and food, and engage them with stimulating activities and games. Maintain a clean and safe environment while upholding club policies. Work weekdays Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 12 pm. Prior babysitting or nanny experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, move, walk, and bend for the duration of a shift
- Ability to stretch, reach, pull, push and use repetitive arm, hand, and leg motion
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must have ability and willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Must have genuine interest in working with and interacting with child
Desired Qualifications
- Prior babysitting and/or nanny experience preferred
