Job Summary
Initiate contact with potential members via phone and text to promote KidStrong programs and drive membership growth. Qualify leads, provide accurate information on pricing and options, and guide new members through the enrollment and onboarding process. Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales metrics, and collaborate with center leadership to achieve sales goals. This role requires evening and weekend availability and offers flexible work-from-home options.
