Job Summary
Initiate contact with potential members via phone and text to promote KidStrong programs and drive membership growth. Qualify leads, provide accurate pricing information, and guide new members through the enrollment and onboarding process. Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales metrics, and collaborate with center leadership to achieve sales targets. This role requires evening and weekend availability and offers flexible work-from-home options.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on phone-based sales or telemarketing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone and via text messaging with a high-degree of professionalism in all interactions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and sales processes simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in the fitness or education industry, particularly with children's programs
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies for membership-based businesses
- This position requires evening and weekend availability
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in the franchising industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
