Job Summary
Lead KidStrong certifications and training events at HQ and in-center across the U.S. and Canada, training and evaluating coaches, GMs, and AGMs on curriculum delivery, operations, sales, member experience, culture, and leadership competencies. Facilitate engaging sessions for adult learners while providing real-time coaching and structured feedback, including documented rationale for failed certifications. Model brand standards in every room, observe live classes to evaluate quality against curriculum, and maintain calibration across the trainer team to ensure consistent certification decisions. Complete all required pre- and post-certification tasks, communicate results to stakeholders, and provide field-informed feedback on curriculum gaps to the L&D team. Travel consistently per the certification calendar, including weekends and consecutive travel weeks, while maintaining safety standards at all times.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of training and/or fitness coaching experience
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel the USA and Canada on a consistent basis
