Job Summary
Master center operations by managing KPIs, maintaining a spotless facility, and delegating tasks to prevent burnout. Drive sales growth by setting membership goals, converting leads through direct communication, and attending local events. Lead the team by recruiting, training, and developing coaches while fostering a high-energy culture. Actively coach 3-5 classes weekly, deliver curriculum, and monitor progress using the KS Coaches App. Work four weekdays and one weekend day shift, reporting directly to the owner.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with kids aged 15 months to 11 years
- Practical experience with Google, Microsoft and social media platforms
- CPR Certification (or willing to receive)
- Work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day shift
