Job Summary
Master center operations by managing KPIs, maintaining spotless facilities, and delegating tasks to prevent burnout. Drive membership sales by setting goals, converting leads, and attending local events. Lead the team through recruitment, training, and coaching three to five classes weekly while delivering the curriculum. Work four weekdays and one weekend day shift, reporting directly to the owner. Maintain high standards and communicate clearly via Slack and email.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with kids aged 15 months to 11 years
- Practical experience with Google, Microsoft and social media platforms
- CPR Certification (or willing to receive)
- Work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day shift
