Assistant General Manager position at KidStrong Fuquay Varina, leading the center operations focused on child development programs, coaching, and family engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for working with children
- Athletic or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old
- Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding variety of topics
- Self-starter who just gets the job done
- Enjoy the spotlight, excel in coaching, and mentoring
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT
- Previous experience in management
- Practical work experience with Google and Microsoft platforms
- Previous experience with systems and platforms such as GloFox, HubSpot, Podium Messenger, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, and indeed
- Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- CPR certified
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to ensure classes both start and end on schedule
- Must be able to work in a physically intensive environment - coaches may cover multiple miles in a shift moving through class, lift and repeatedly move equipment up to 50 pounds in weight
- CPR certified (can obtain within 90 days of employment)
