Job Summary
Conduct science-based fitness games for children ages 1-11, focusing on cognitive, physical, and character development through evolving weekly curricula. Coach kids and educate parents on the program's methodology, while maintaining a positive, motivating presence during weekday and weekend sessions. This role supports KidStrong Prairieville's mission to build confidence and family connection through expert-led activity. Candidates must be available for weekday evenings, Saturday afternoons, and Sunday mornings, with opportunities to increase hours via private parties and camps.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Passion for working with children
- CPR certified
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter who just gets a job done
- Must be available to work the some / all of the following shifts: Weekday evenings 3:45pm-7:30pm, Saturday 7:45am-2:00pm, 3:30-5:30pm, 5:30pm-7:30pm, Sunday 9:45am-2:00pm
Desired Qualifications
- Athletic or coaching background
- Experience coaching kids ages crawling - 11 years old
- Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding the why behind KidStrong curriculum
- Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT
