Job Summary
Supervise KidSpace team members during shifts to ensure a safe, fun environment for children ages 6 weeks to 13 years. Interact with families and kids, lead games and activities, and coordinate special programs including full-day care and Movie Nights. Act as a party attendant for high-energy events hosted for children of all ages. Work a variety of mornings, nights, and weekend shifts of approximately 8-12 hours weekly. Maintain a friendly, customer-service-focused demeanor while communicating positively with children and parents. This role offers leadership experience in a family-centered childcare environment where the employer covers the cost of 90-hour Childcare Certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have or be able to obtain current certification in First Aid and Community CPR
- Must work a variety of mornings, night and weekend shifts approximately 8-12 hours a week
- Must be able to communicate positively and effectively with children and their parents
- Must be able to enthusiastically lead games
- Must be friendly
- Must have a customer service-focused attitude
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to sit on the floor
