Job Summary
Provide before and after school childcare for students within Greece Central School District. Help implement recreational and educational programs developed by the KidsCare Coordinator/Staff; maintain an inviting, safe, and orderly environment; assist in setting up and replacing equipment daily; follow emergency procedures; meet regularly with the KidsCare site manager; fingerprinting and NYSED clearance are required before employment; position supports school-aged childcare during the 2026-2027 school year.
Desired Qualifications
- High school graduate (or GED equivalent)
- Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED certification
- Displays enthusiasm for the learning process and for school age childcare
- Communicates effectively with children, parents, all building personnel, and program staff
- Respects children of different races, ethnic, and religious backgrounds
- Respects confidentiality of student and school records
- Exemplary attendance
