Job Summary
Greet parents and children with warmth, manage check-in/check-out processes, and supervise kids ages 6 weeks to 12 years in a safe environment. Lead activities including play, reading, and creative projects while assisting with snacks, bottle feeding, and diaper changes. Maintain a clean, tidy space and keep energy high throughout shifts. Work mornings 8:15am-12:30 and/or evenings 4pm-8pm, responding promptly to messages and adhering to the Team Member Handbook. Assist with special events and service days as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Willingness to work flexible hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- On your feet and on the move—walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and stretching
- Able to jump into action whenever needed—literally and figuratively
- Comfortable working varied shifts (because kids love mornings and evenings)
- Follow our Team Member Handbook (it's our playbook for success)
- Keep our club clean—tidiness is everyone's job
- Join us for special events, fun programs, and team service days
- Respond to messages promptly
- Always show up with a positive attitude and a five-star smile
- Read, sign, and abide by the policies included in the Team Member Handbook
- Park in team member designated areas
- Club cleanliness is an all-team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep club neat and clean
- Attend mandatory Personal Training meetings
- Assist with Service Days, as assigned by Supervisor
- Assist with club programs, special events, or activities, as assigned by Supervisor
- Promptly respond to work-related correspondence
- Exhibit a positive attitude at all times
- Deliver outstanding service to members and guests, following acac's Five*Star principles
Desired Qualifications
- A genuine love for working with children (bonus points if you know how to build a Lego castle)
- Babysitting, nannying, or other childcare experience = awesome
- Great communication skills and a helpful attitude
- High School Diploma preferred
