Job Summary
Supervisor role for Kids Zone: engage and supervise children ages 6 weeks to 13 years in a safe, welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting families, assisting with check-in/check-out, leading activities, reading, crafts, snack support, diaper changes when needed, keeping the area tidy, and communicating with families to ensure confidence in care. Must be energetic, customer-service oriented, and able to work flexible hours; minimum age 15; high school diploma preferred. Emphasis on safety, engagement, and teamwork with a Five-Star service mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 15 years old
- High School Diploma preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Babysitting, nannying, or other childcare experience is awesome
- Great communication skills and a helpful attitude
